District to Collect Feedback through Community Survey
(February 7, 2020) On Monday, February 10, a community-wide survey will be deployed to approximately 400 randomly selected, head-of-household (male or female), registered voters living within the boundaries of the St. Joseph School District.
The survey will cover topics that include district administration, district strengths and areas needing improvement, and overall transparency. Further, the survey will include items to help the district better understand perceptions of the use of tax levy funds and if those dollars are being utilized in accordance with the district’s plan.
The calls will be placed to landlines and cell phone numbers, and the interviews will be equally divided between those living in the drawing areas of Benton High School, Central High School and Lafayette High School. This means that the margin of error for the results in the final report that reflect the views all 400 respondents is a plus or minus 5%, at the 95% confidence level.
Patron Insight is conducting the survey and will give a report at the March 23 Board of Education meeting.
