The St. Joseph School District and Missouri Western State University are excited to announce that this year's jamboree events for all three fall sports will be hosted at Western.

"We are excited to have this opportunity for our students to participate on campus and have access to the top-quality facilities at Missouri Western," said, Dr. Robert Sigrist, SJSD Student Services Director.

This is the first time three of the jamboree events will be held on Western's campus.

"We are pleased to elevate our collaboration with the St. Joseph School District. There isn't a better way to showcase our beautiful campus to hundreds of St. Joseph families than by opening our top-tier athletic facilities for high school jamboree competition," said, Josh Looney, Vice President of Intercollegiate Athletics for Missouri Western.

Football will include Benton, Central, and Lafayette. The jamboree takes place August 23, starting at 6:30 PM at Spratt Stadium.

Softball will include Benton, Central, Lafayette, and LeBlond. The softball jamboree takes place August 24, starting at 9:00 AM at the Spring Sports Complex.

The Softball Jamboree has been rescheduled due to wet field conditions. The Jamboree will now take place on Wednesday, August 28, starting at 4:00 PM at Drake Field.

Volleyball will include Benton, Central, Lafayette, and LeBlond. The volleyball jamboree takes place August 26, starting at 6:30 PM in the Looney Fieldhouse.

Admission for all events is $5. Admission is free for SJSD and LeBlond faculty and staff with ID. No other passes will be accepted.
