I.D.E.A. Mentoring is an acronym that stands for Inspiring Dreams and Encouraging Achievements. Each mentor will connect with students through a series of icebreaker questions, interactive board games and more. These activities are expected to enhance social skills and provide guidance to each student. Students who have strong relationships with school mentors are more likely to have a pleasant experience at school which could improve academics and attendance.
