    Natalie Arnold

    Mrs. Arnold received her Ed.S. in the Superintendency, her M.S. in Elementary Educational Leadership, and her B.S. in Vocal Music Education from Northwest Missouri State University. 

    Mrs. Arnold began her career in the St. Joseph School District in 2005, teaching vocal music at Edison Elementary. Mrs. Arnold was selected as principal at Oak Grove in 2017. Previous administrative appointments include principal at South Harrison Elementary School and assistant principal/administrative intern at Coleman and Edison Elementary.  

    Mrs. Arnold has extensive experience with the implemenation of the positive behavioral interventions and support (PBIS) framework. Under her leadership, South Harrison was twice recognized for effective PBIS practices by DESE. She was recognized by MAESP as the Exemplary New Principal for Northwest Missouri in 2013.
