Facility Usage Guidelines and Form

The following facility usage policy will be extended until at least May 1, 2021.

Building usage by outside groups is suspended until further notice. No outside building usage will be allowed until after May 1, 2021. This date may be extended per district administration. Groups may book dates after May 1, 2021, but those bookings could be cancelled.  This includes all outside groups which is inclusive of, but not limited to: basketball tournaments, sports team practices, PTA meetings, usage of auditoriums and cafeterias, kitchens, and classrooms. Teacher/employee organizations and other educational groups (MSHSAA, DESE affiliated organizations, etc.) may continue to meet at the discretion of district administration and will likely be limited to buildings that do not house students on a daily basis (TMC) or to after hours at buildings that have evening programs (Hillyard). After any meetings in those rooms, surfaces (tables, chairs, etc.) will be cleaned with approved methods at the conclusion of the meeting.
