Crayons to Computers has been developed by the St. Joseph School District, in cooperation with the Chamber of Commerce, for all employees of the district. You are welcome to take whatever you need for your classroom, office or department, and you may come as often as you like. Items are not for your personal or home use. Unless specified, there will be no limit on how much or how many you take. Written requests will be taken for "popular" items such as computers and for one-of-a-kind items. These will be distributed on a first-come, first-serve basis.
While there is no monetary cost to you for any items, we do ask that you sign in at the front desk and fill out a pink information sheet with each visit. By doing this, you will help us keep current records and up-to-date numbers on how many visitors we have each year and what supplies are needed for your classroom. This will allow Crayons to Computers to authenticate to District Administration how much SJSD employees utilize our program.

The warehouse is designed to help you make use of the items headed for the landfill. Employ your creativity, and that of your students, to turn the community's trash into educational treasures!
