Debbie Sisco has been with the Saint Joseph School District for 24 years. She served as a teacher for behavior disordered students at Parkway, Coleman and Robidoux schools before becoming the principal for the Colgan Alternative Center.
Mrs. Sisco was Teacher of the Year for the St. Joseph School District in 1999, Educator of the Year for the Midwest Symposium for Leadership in Behavior Disorders in 1994, and was awarded the Frank D. Connett award for her work with children and youth in 2004.
