Wyatt Park Christian Church is a model business partner. WPCC is essential to volunteer and mentoring programs at Lake Contrary Elementary.  Their contributions include donations for teacher supplies, games for students, clothing for needy students, small gifts and treats for students during testing, mentorship, instructional support, library services support, and PTA support for our carnival, parent teacher conferences, and back to school meetings. They have helped our students improve academically, support our community garden, and provide morale support for our staff.  This unique partnership improves the lives of our students and staff at Lake Contrary on a daily basis.

 

 

Hoof and Horn Steakhouse provides quarterly "Character Kids" meals to our students that display, B.E.A.R.S. (Be Responsible, Everyone Matters, Achieve Success, Respect Others, Safety First).  Mr. Roy Swope invites each character kid and one parent to a luncheon to celebrate their accomplishments. The owners and staff of Hoof and Horn always welcome Lake Contrary families with a smile!

Nestle Purina assists our school's PTA and Junior Achievement Programs. Nestle makes many things possible at Lake Elementary, including classroom treats for celebrations and family involvement events.
