The Human Resources Office is located on the bottom floor of the Downtown Library Building (925 Felix). We are open from 7:30 am to 4:30 pm. The most convenient access to our office is from 10th Street, under the maroon awning.

Doug Flowers, Director of Human Resources and Compliance Officer
Mr. Flowers began his career with the St. Joseph School District in 1991 as a PE Teacher at Spring Garden Middle School. In 2001, he became the Principal at Edison Elementary School and in 2006, he became the Director of Human Resources. Mr. Flowers has a Bachelor's Degree from University of Central Missouri, a Master's Degree and Specialist's Degree from Northwest Missouri State University. Mr. Flowers is currently ABD at the University of Missouri. |

 | Beery Johnson, Assistant Director for Student Services, Director of Safety and Transportation
Mr. Johnson began his career with the St. Joseph School District in 1997 as a History Teacher at Truman Middle School. In 2000, he became the Assistant Principal at Bode Middle School and in 2002, he became the Assistant Principal at Truman Middle School. In 2003, he became the Principal at Truman and in July 2010, he transitioned into the Assistant Director for Student Services. Mr. Johnson has two Bachelor's Degrees from the University of Missouri and Missouri Western State University. He has a Master's Degree and Specialist's Degree from Northwest Missouri State University. Mr. Johnson is currently ABD at the University of Missouri. |
