Technology Usage Agreement
With this form, students are granted or denied permission to access the district's technology. Additionally, parents may grant or deny permission for district personnel to include photographs of students on the district website. A form is expected to be turned in for each student; however, the forms are held over from year to year from grades 9-12. If you would like to change the level of permission on your child's form, please feel free to turn in a new form at any time. Forms may be turned in to the Library Media Center.
