Sandy Steggall was appointed Principal of Truman Middle School in 2010.  She served as assistant principal at Truman from 2007-2010. She began her career with the District in 2004 as a business education teacher at Central High School.

Mrs. Steggall received her undergraduate degree in business management from Central Missouri State University and Alternative Certification from Northwest Missouri State University. She holds a Masters in Educational Leadership-Secondary and a Specialist degree from Northwest Missouri State University. She has recently completed her doctoral coursework through Baker University and is planning on being finished with her Ed.D in May.

Mike Dial was appointed Assistant Principal of Truman Middle School in 2012.  He served as a Communication Arts teacher at Benton High School from 2011-2012. He began his career with the Lawson School District in 1999 as a Communication Arts teacher at Lawson High School. Mr. Dial has also served as a high school football and baseball coach from 1999-2011.

Mr. Dial received his Bachelor of Science in Education from Missouri Western State University.  He holds a Masters of Arts in School Leadership degree from Baker University. He is currently working on his Ed Specialist degree from William Woods University.
