Roberta Dias began her career in the St. Joseph School District as a business teacher at Benton High School in 1993.  At Benton, she coached volleyball, cheerleading and golf.  In 2003, she became Assistant Principal at Benton and three years later began a journey as Principal of Bode Middle School.  In 2010, the Missouri Association of Secondary School Principals named Ms. Dias as the Northwest Region Middle School Principal of the Year.  Ms. Dias received a Bachelor’s degree from Missouri Western State University, a Master’s degree and a Specialist's Degree in Educational Leadership from Northwest Missouri State University.

Kevin Carroll began his career in education in 2006 at Eugene Field Elementary. Prior to joining the Bode team, Kevin has served as an Instructional Coach as well as an Administrative Intern in various buildings across the district. Mr. Carroll currently holds a Master's Degree in Administration from William Woods University and is pursuing a doctoral degree from Saint Louis University in Saint Louis, Missouri.
