    David Jordan: 2012 Missouri ACTE Teacher of the Year

    Mr. David Jordan, a Central Business Teacher and chair of the Business Department, has been named the 2012 Missouri ACTE Teacher of the Year. His award will be presented at the Opening General Session of the Missouri ACTE 43rd Annual Summer Conference held in Springfield, MO, this July.

  • Powerschool Portal Access

    Do you want to sign up to access your student's grades? Parents and guardians who wish to obtain access to their student's PowerSchool information — which includes assignments, grades, and attendance — should come see Mrs. McCauley in the main office at Central. (You must present a valid photo ID which will be photocopied for our records. Login info will be sent via email.)

  • School Violence Hotline

    The hotline is staffed Mon-Fri from 7AM to 6PM. The program provides an anonymous means to report school violence; information gathered from anonymous reporters is entered into a centralized database and reported to the appropriate law enforcement and school administrators.

April Issue of the CHS Outlook Newspaper
The April issue of the Central High School Outlook Newspaper is now available online. The April issue — which is the "Senior Issue" — includes 30 full-color pages worked on diligently by the students of the Outlook staff; this is their blood, sweat, and tears! Included in this month's issue: the NWMSU Art Show; the Junior/Senior Prom ("Meet Me In Times Square"); SBO Elections; DECA Internationals; Central's Kennedy Center award; the Sophomore Crash Simulation; the IB Diploma and Lion's Club luncheons; spring Athletics; a Best of 2012 section; and much more.
