Every year the Central Counseling Office is required to submit a report to the school district and state with information about the amount of scholarship monies our senior class earns.  In order to help with documentation, we ask that seniors complete the Earned Scholarship Form for each individual scholarship earned as they are received throughout the school year.

 

Also, it is important that students complete a form for every scholarship - even if the student does not plan to accept it.  For example, Joe has earned a scholarship from Missouri Western State University, but does not plan to attend that school.  He would still complete a form for earning that scholarship.
