Microsoft Outlook on a Mac.
Sometimes Outlook users will get an Out of Memory error and will no longer be able to use the application. The following is a quick way to solve the issue.
 
1. First: Make sure the Outlook application is closed.
 

2. On the Mac open the users Home folder.

 

3. Open the Home Folder Library. (In OSX 10.7 Lion) hold down the Option key on the keyboard and select the Go menu in the Finder. WIth the Option key held down the user Library will appear in the Finder Go menu.

 

4. Open the User Library Preferences folder.


5. In the Users Library Preferences folder delete all of the com.microsoft.outlook preferences. There may be 3 to 6 of these depending on the operating system version.


6. Empty trash


7. Launch Outlook
