Students in the class of 2009 and beyond must have 10 hours of community service before a high school diploma will be issued. These hours may be accumulated at any time in which the student is in high school. This can include the summer immediately before the student’s freshman year. This form will be used to log and verify 10 clock hours of community service. Students should turn this form in to the Counseling Office when the 10-hour requirement is completed. (In other words, do not turn in one hour of service at a time.)
